  • Steamer basket / Rack

Ingredients
  

  • 4-8 ea Eggs Jumbo, Older is better

Instructions
 

  • Place steamer rack and basket in instapot
  • add 4-8 eggs in to steamer basket
  • add 2 cups water
  • Lid up and set time to 3 minutes for soft, 5 for hard.
  • After time is up, do a quick pressure release
  • Move the eggs to an ice bath for at least 5 minutes or until cool
  • Peel and enjoy

Ok, I though I had done this article, but it appears not.
General Notes:
If you do not have an instapot, one can use a steamer as follows:
Set up your steamer in a large sauce pan with enough water to come to the bottom of the steamer. Take the eggs straight from the refrigerator, and place them in the steamer at full steam and steam for 6.5 minutes for soft boil, 8 for hard. As the temperature is consistent the cook time will vary little.
No matter what method you use, I would do trial runs with 1 egg at a time to get my cooking times and process down.
