Spicy avocado and jalapeno dipping sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 10 ea Jalapeno Pepper Washed, stemmed
  • 6 ea garlic cloves Peeled
  • 1 ea Avocado Pitted, Peeled, quartered
  • 1/4 cup neutral oil
  • 1 ea Lime Zested, Juiced
  • 1/4 ea Sweet Onion Peeled, diced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1/4 tsp Honey To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Place peppers, garlic, onion, lime juice and zest, honey and avocado in blender, blend on high
  • Drizzle in oil to desired consistency
  • Taste, balance flavor
  • Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours.

Notes

This can be made rather stiff as a dip, or can be thinned to a sauce like consistency.  The  perfect sauce / dip for tacos or texas egg rolls
