Spicy avocado and jalapeno dipping sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 10 ea Jalapeno Pepper Washed, stemmed
  • 6 ea garlic cloves Peeled
  • 1 ea Avocado Pitted, Peeled, quartered
  • 1/4 cup neutral oil
  • 1 ea Lime Zested, Juiced
  • 1/4 ea Sweet Onion Peeled, diced
  • 1/2 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1/4 tsp Honey To Taste

Method
 

  1. Place peppers, garlic, onion, lime juice and zest, honey and avocado in blender, blend on high
  2. Drizzle in oil to desired consistency
  3. Taste, balance flavor
  4. Chill in fridge for at least 2 hours.

Notes

This can be made rather stiff as a dip, or can be thinned to a sauce like consistency.  The  perfect sauce / dip for tacos or texas egg rolls
