Apple and Caramel Fudge

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Dried Apples Chopped fine
  • 1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 21 oz White Chocolate Chips
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Place the Sweetened Condensed Milk, white chocolate chips, butter, and salt in a large microwave-safe bowl.
  • Microwave in 30-second increments, stirring vigorously in between, until the mixture is totally smooth.
  • Once the hot fudge is smooth, stir in the chopped dried apples.
  • Pour the fudge in the buttered 8x8 dish and spread evenly with a spatula
  • Place the fudge in the refrigerator to cool and set for at least 2 hours.
