Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Stiff Mashed Potatos See my post
  • 2 ea Eggs Large
  • 1/4 cup Flour AP
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Kosher for this recipie
  • 2 cloves garlic Peeled, minced
  • 1 ea Onion Small Grated
  • 1/2 cup Chedder Cheese Grated

Instructions
 

  • Mix mashed potatoes, egg, flour, salt, pepper, garlic, and any optional ingredients.
  • Batter should be pour able but not excessively thin
  • Preheat skillet and add a couple of tablespoons of oil.
  • Pour 1/4 cup batter into hot pan; brown on both sides.

Notes

Serve with Sour Cream, apple sauce, or jelly / jam.
