Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Stiff Mashed Potatos See my post
  • 2 ea Eggs Large
  • 1/4 cup Flour AP
  • 1/4 tsp Salt Kosher for this recipie
  • 2 cloves garlic Peeled, minced
  • 1 ea Onion Small Grated
  • 1/2 cup Chedder Cheese Grated

Method
 

  1. Mix mashed potatoes, egg, flour, salt, pepper, garlic, and any optional ingredients.
  2. Batter should be pour able but not excessively thin
  3. Preheat skillet and add a couple of tablespoons of oil.
  4. Pour 1/4 cup batter into hot pan; brown on both sides.
