Ingredients
  

  • 1 ea Cabbage Medium, washed, quartered, cored
  • 3-5 ea Potatoes Medium, scrubbed
  • 2 ea Onion Medium, peeled, halved
  • 1 lb Kielbasa Beef, good stuff
  • 1 ea Beer 1 Bottle, Your choice
  • Salt-Pepper To taste (1/4 tsp each)
  • 1 head Garlic Peeled, and seperated

Method
 

  1. Place Potatoes in bottom of slow cooker
  2. Add cabbage, onion, garlic
  3. Lay kielbassa ring on top, add salt and pepper
  4. Pour beer over, lid up
  5. Cook for 6 hours on low.

Straightforward but very good meal.
Find the best kielbasa you can.  (DO NOT GO CHEAP HERE)  If all else fails, smoked beef sausage.
