Fudge Turtles

Creamy fudge, rich caramel, chocloate topper and spiced pecans

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 Cup Spiced Pecans Chopped
  • 14 oz Caramel Bites Wrapped Candy
  • 2 cups Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk 14 oz
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Heavy Cream

Method
 

  1. Grease a 8x8 bakign dish
  2. Combine caramels (unwrapped) and heavy cream in a medium, microwave safe mixing bowl and heat in 30 second intervals, stirring in between until completely melted and smooth.
  3. Repeat as above with the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and salt in a medium bowl
  4. Stir in pecans and vanilla into the chocolate mixture
  5. Pour half of the fudge mixture into the prepared pan.
  6. Pour the caramel over the fudge layer.
  7. Pour remaining half of fudge over the caramel, swirl gently with a knife.
  8. Cover and refrigerate until set, about 2 hours
