Air Fried Veggie Balls Ready for Manchurian Gravy

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Cabbage Shredded finely
  • 1 cup Carrot Grated finely
  • 1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper Minced finely
  • 1/4 cup Green Beans Fresh, Shredded finely
  • 1 tsp Grated Ginger
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1/4 Cup AP Flour
  • 1/4 Cup Corn Starch
  • Salt To taste

Method
 

  1. Mix flour and corn starch well in a small container
  2. Mix veggies well in a large bowl
  3. Add flour mixture in small increments to mixed veggies, and work to create a firm dough
  4. Form balls of the dough mixture, approx 2 tbsp in size, rest on a wire rack
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375, mist the rack with cooking oil
  6. Place the dough balls on the rack, DO NOT OVER CROWD, mist the balls with cooking oil
  7. Air fry for 10 minutes and flip cooking for another 10 minutes
  8. We are looking for a golden brown, crisp exterior, with an internal temp of ~ 140

Notes

Air frying time may vary depending upon how big or small your balls are.
One can add 1 cup of grated cauliflower.
IF the dough does not form, one can add additional water, 1 tbsp at a time.  IF the dough is too slack, one can add additional flour mixture 1 tbsp at a time.
We are looking for a mixture that will form a ball whence pressed.
These are great alone with a dipping sauce, but even better tossed in a Manchurian gravy.
