Pan Roasted Corn

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pkg Frozen Corn
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 dash Liquid Smoke
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper Fresh Ground
  • 1/8 tsp Brown Sugar

Method
 

  1. Thaw the corn and drain
  2. In a large skillet over medium high heat, heat oil untillit spiders
  3. Add corn and cook until it starts to take color, ~ 10 minutes, stir occasionally
  4. Add butter and stir to foam out
  5. Add the seasonings and stir to coat
  6. Serve immedatly.
