Peanut Butter Fudge

Only 3 ingredients, this easy fudge recipe is an easy dessert for the holidays

Ingredients
  

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 oz can
  • 13 oz White Chocolate
  • 2/3 cup Peanut Butter Smooth or chunky

Method
 

  1. Grease an 8-inch square baking tin.
  2. Add the condensed milk, white chocolate, and peanut butter to a microwave-safe bowl. 
  3. Microwave in 30-second blocks, stirring each time until the chocolate has melted.
  4. Pour the melted mixture into the prepared pan.
  5. Place in the fridge to set for 2 hours.
  6. Once set, slice into 16 pieces.

Notes

Again a basic fudge.
Flakey sea salt can be used as a sprinkle, ditto chocolate sprinkles, etc.  
Crushed honey-roasted, dry-roasted, or smoked peanuts add a texture and taste difference.
