Ramen Eggs are delicious as side for ramen / noodles or enjoyed as a snack.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 ea Eggs SoftBoiled, peeled
  • 6 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 6 tbsp Mirin Rice vinegar
  • 6 tbsp Water

Method
 

  1. minx sauce in a ziplock bag, add eggs.
  2. marinate overnight

Notes

The sauce / marinade is flexiable.  One can add garlic, sambal oelek, chili oil, depending on the flavor one wants to impart ot the eggs
