Ingredients
  

The Tots
  • 24-30 Each Tater tots or as many will fit into your air fryer, this is ~ 8oz.
The Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sambal Oelek Garlic Chili Sauce, I also use chili crisp here
  • 1 tbsp Mirin
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Minced Ginger
  • 1 tsp Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Method
 

The Sauce
  1. Whisk all in nonreactive bowl, taste, season, and balance
The Tots
  1. Air fry according to directions and taste
Assembly
  1. Toss crispy tots in sauce and serve.

Notes

A quick and dirty little snack.  Perfect to off set cravings of nicotine..
Feel free to adlib with the sauce or to make a dry seasoning.  (But that is another post)
