  • 2 tsp Corn Starch
  • 1 lb Frozen Veg "Asian style stir fry"

  1. Finely chop 2 green onions and slice the remaining into long thin strips.
  2. Place the long thin strips in a bowl of iced water to curl until needed.
  3. Heat the oil in a large deep frying pan or wok over high heat.
  4. Add the beef. Cook, using a wooden spoon to break up any lumps, for 5 minutes.
  5. Combine the teriyaki marinade and corn starch in a small bowl until smooth.
  6. Add to the beef and stir to combine.
  7. Add the vegetables. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are heated through.

Notes

Note this is very quick and dirty.
If given a bit more time the world is possible., I'd look at adding like slivered white onion, caramelized partially in the wok before adding the beef, or the addition of some spice in two forms, minced and caramelized with the onions, and minced and added as a garnish.
