- 1 ea Egg white beaten lightly
- 1 tbsp Water Or bourbon ...
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 3 cup Pecan Halves
- 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne OPTIONAL
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Give the foil a LIGHT spray with your oil mister.
Beat egg white and water together in a large bowl; add pecans and stir to coat.
Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, cloves, and nutmeg, cayenne (IF using) in a small bowl; sprinkle over moistened nuts. Spread nuts on the prepared pan.
Bake in the preheated oven, stirring once or twice, until toasted and fragrant, about 30 minutes.
