Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz Pilsner Beer A good light citrus flavor
  • 3 oz Grapefruit Juice Semi Sweet, "Ruby Red"
  • 1 slice Grapefruit Washed, Sliced as a garnish

Equipment

  • 1 Tom Collins Glass 12 oz or up to a pint glass

Method
 

  1. In a 12-ounce glass, pour in the beer and grapefruit juice
  2. Gently stir to combine
  3. Garnish with a grapefruit slice
  4. Serve ice cold

Notes

A very quick brunch cocktail for Madam BadWolf.
Have everything Ice cold, beer, juice, glass.
If the grapefruit juice is very bitter, add a bit of simple syrup to tame the bite.
