Ingredients
  

  • 1 pgk Mini Smoked Sausages You know the ones ~ 40 links
  • 1 batch Hush Puppy Mix https://www.roguechef.com/?p=1994
  • 1/2 cup AP Flour
  • 1 box Tooth Picks

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Method
 

  1. Make sure the mini sausages are room temp, and dry
  2. Mix hush puppy batter and let sit 15 minutes
  3. Spear Sausages with toothpicks from the long end
  4. Using a #30 disher, scoop out a ball of dough, form around sausage
  5. Set air fryer to 400 and preheat
  6. Line fryer basket with foil and lube with cooking spray
  7. Air fry until golden and crispy, ~10-15 minutes

Notes
