- Preheat your oven to 450 Line a sheet pan with parchment paper
- In a small bowl, mix panko, cheese, garlic, herbs, salt and pepper
- In a another small bowl whisk egg whites with a tsp of water
- Dip each mushroom in the egg thence roll in the panko mixture, cover thoroughly Place in sheetpan
- Bake 10 - 15 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with Ranch, or Horseradish, or for an exotic flair, a spicy chutney.
