Basic Noodles

With my last post, one of my roommates inquired if I could create a noodle sauce, “THAT WOULD NOT DISSOLVE THE SILVERWARE”

Sounds like a basic Asian Noodle Sauce. As I am constrained from some of the usual condiments, (fish sauce, oyster sauce, etc), I will need to be a bit more creative.

And yes, I am on a bit of a kick, the off and on snow, and the need to be out in it is driving me to NOT be out whence I can avoid it, and the desire for tasty warming food, leaves me becoming more creative in the kitchen.

A quick combo of items in the pantry, that whence tossed with cooked noodles, yields a quick, tasty, comforting plate of food.
